This is one of those fraught subjects for authors – particularly Indie authors, I think – because for every author that sells thousands of a particular title, there are many more that sell close to (or actually) zero. I think everyone – including me – would love to sell more books, but the number of titles published every month is so huge and getting any cut through at all with advertising or social media is dependent on so much good luck that a sale – any sale – is a blessing. I’m really grateful to anyone who takes a chance on reading an unknown author like myself, and I hope my stories are worth the price of admission for them.
All of my books are sold online via Ingram Spark, who distribute my work through Amazon and all other online stores. I also sell a modest number of books through my website and at conventions and local markets.
So for those out there who are interested in how many books I sell, or are interested in a comparison with their own figures, here are my sales figures up to April 2026. Individual title publication dates are as follows:
- The End Times of Markusz Zielinski – October 2025
- The Lenticular (collected trilogy) – November 2024 – Ebook only
- Traitor’s War (The Lenticular Book 3) – June 2024
- Traitor’s Bargain (The Lenticular Book 2) – February 2024
- Traitor’s War (The Lenticular Book 1) October 2023
- Horizon – November 2022 – Paperback only#
# The ebook of Horizon is sold via HarperCollins and was published in October 2014. As of March 2026 a total of 2,132 copies of the ebook have been sold.

As you’d expect, the majority of my books are sold in Australia and America.

The final chart shows sales source for each title and here’s an explanation of the different sectors on the X axis.
- LS – print and digital sales via Ingram Spark
- LS Agency – digital sales to Apple via Ingram Spark
- SQ+Payhip – print and digital sales via my website and book stall
- Google – digital sales via Google Books.
